King County Road Conditions

  • Closed - Alley between 338th Pl SE & Preston Fall City Rd SE
    January 8, 2026
    Closed - Septic tank installation. Crews will close the alley round the clock between 338th Pl SE & Preston Fall City Rd SE from Jan. 8 to Jan. 15. Emergency vehicles will NOT have access through the work zone. Learn more: https://www.kingcounty.gov/fallcityseptic
  • Restricted - S 365th Street between 28th Avenue S and 364th Place S
    January 8, 2026
    Restricted - Drainage improvement. Crews will reduce traffic to a single lane on S 365th Street between 28th Avenue S and 364th Place S on Jan. 12-16, from 8 am to 3 pm each day. Flaggers will direct traffic around the work zone. All vehicles will have access through the work zone.
  • Restricted - 16th Ave SW between SW 104th and SW 106th Streets
