Enter a description of what the show you are prosing
Enter the length of our show such as 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 2 . (30 minute increments preferred)
Enter whether you will not licensing for copyright material you are using.
Describe what material you need to seek author's permission.
Identify whether you will need training on the studio and/or recording equipment.
Enter whether you have recording equipment at home.
If Yes, describe the equipment you have access to including type of mic, recording equipment, recording software (such as Audacity)
